About Adeyefa Oluwatoba


I am a software engineer and web developer. I specialise majorly in back-end technology of web development using tools like NodeJS(JavaScript), Express, MongoDB. I also do a little bit of front-end work using VueJS. I participated in the HNG Internship 4.0 last year where I was one of the finalist. There I worked on several projects in collaboration with teams of other developers.

Shopping Cart

I built a shopping cart using NodeJS(Javacsript), Express and MongoDB for the back-end. The front-end was built using Bootstrap 4. It posseses all the features of a regular shopping cart including checkout(using Stripe). You can find the full source code to this project on Github.

Weather App

I built a web app to get the current weather condition of any location and also plot the location on the google Map. I made use of Google Map API and the OpenWeatherMap API. It also uses HTML5 speech synthesis to speak out the weather condition. This feature does not work on all browsers. You can find the full source code to this project on Github.
